You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your internal business or personal use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit, schedule, or publish through the Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HPS SOCIALIZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HPS Socialize from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
